Everyone keeps asking how the planning is going.  Good, I guess ... there just isn't much going on right now!  We have all the big stuff set, so this is kind of down-time right now.  But I'm sure that will change in a couple of months!

There are a couple things we'll need to take care of soon.  We need to get wedding rings.  That should be fun.  Get some sweet bling for these two badasses.  We are also starting to work on putting together music playlists.  We are going totally iPod for the reception, because DJs that play crap like "Sweet Home Alabama", "Do the Locomotion", "We Are Family", and anything by Lady Gaga suck.  It is tough putting together all the songs though.  It's challenging to think of all the songs that I like when I'm not listening to them.  My strategy so far has been to break it down into categories: dance party songs, slow songs, and cocktail hour/dinner songs.  Any requests?!?!  Feel free to speak up, though I make no guarantee whatsoever that requested songs will be included ... unless they don't suck.

Since there isn't too much wedding stuff to report on, I can talk about TV.  LOST season 6 - so far, I feel lukewarm about this season.  There have been a couple of great episodes and several duds.  I think they may have bit off more than they can chew.  24 has recently gotten MUCH better.  It pretty much sucked at the beginning of the season, but now Jack Bauer is being more badass - this is good.  I like Battlestar Galactica, but don't like that some of human-looking cylons don't even know that they are cylons.  That it kind of lame.  I need to watch the latest season of Weeds!
