We are super excited for you all to come to Chicago!  We have tried to put together some information regarding accommodations here in the city to make your trip planning easier.

NOTE - we were unable to guarantee any room reservations at the recommended hotels.

They all currently have availability, but we would highly recommend making your arrangements as soon as possible.  August is a very popular time in Chicago!  Please let us know if you have any additional specific questions that we can help with.

There are a few hotels located on the north side of the city that are relatively close to us and the wedding venue.  We recommend:

These hotels are right across the street from one another in a great neighborhood with shopping, dining, and access to public transportation.

For those of you that would prefer to stay downtown, we recommend:

To make a reservation, mention the group code PEAK85.  Depending on the room size chosen, the code will guarantee our guests rates ranging from $149 - $209/night.  These rates are for single occupancy and $15 is charged for additional guests.  Rates are good 8/6/10 - 8/9/10.  This hotel is right in the heart of downtown with easy access to all the local shopping and sites.  In addition, there is convenient access to public transportation that can get you up to our neighborhood and the wedding venue.

Another option worth considering is staying at one of the Chicago Bed and Breakfasts. Surprisingly, most rates are within the same range as area hotels.  The main limitation will be availability, so we suggest, if you are interested in this option, make your reservation well in advance.  Below is a partial list of recommended Chicago Bed and Breakfasts:


For those of you really on the cheap, there is a motel close to us: Heart o Chicago (which is ghetto).  There is also a hostel in downtown Chicago that is part of the Hostel International.  Otherwise, to find accommodations for less than $100/night, you’ll need to look at hotels out by O’Hare International Airport.  You will not be close to us or the wedding venue, but there is public transportation from this area into the city.
